1 cup of Butter
1 & 1/2 cups of Sugar
1 Egg
1/2 cup of Milk
1 tsp of baking soda (dissolved in milk)
3 & 3/4 cups of flour (to start)
Mix all ingredients in large bowl and chill in fridge for at least 2 hours, covering well with plastic wrap. Flour your working surface well. Remove dough from fridge and take a hunk and roll it very very thin onto floured surface with rolling pin. Use desired cookie cutters to make shapes and add sprinkles. Bake at 350 on ungreased cookie sheets for 8 minutes. Cool on wire rack. These cookies can be decorated with sprinkles or frosted.
Easy frosting recipe:
1 cup powdered sugar
4 tsp milk
1 tsp clear vanilla extract
1 TBLS Light Corn Syrup
