18 frozen bread dough rolls
1/2 cup- 1 cup of walnuts chopped
2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 cup sugar
1 small box of regular (not instant) butterscotch pudding
1/2 cup of brown sugar
1 stick of butter, melted
The night before…spray or grease a bundt or tube pan. Mix sugar and cinnamon together. Put walnuts on the bottom of the pan and 1/2 of the sugar and cinnamon mixture. Place 9 rolls in pan for the first layer. Add the rest of the sugar and cinnamon and raisins (optional). Place 9 more rolls on top for the second layer. Sprinkle the butterscotch pudding (dry) over the rolls. Mix melted butter and brown sugar together and pour over the top. Spray plastic wrap with cooking spray and cover with a clean dish towel and leave out overnight. In the morning bake at 350 for 25 minutes or until golden brown. Remove from oven and flip over onto plate immediately. ENJOY!
