Ingredients:
2 TBL Butter
3 cups sliced onions
21oz of Beef Broth
French Bread Sliced
Provolone & Mozzarella
Directions:
Saute butter and onions in a large covered saucepan over low heat for 40 minutes
Add beef broth and 1 and 1/2 cups of water; bring to a boil, lower heat and cook covered for another 40 minutes
Slice French bread into 1/4 inch slices and toast until brown, place in soup and cover with Provolone and Mozzarella slices
