2 Cups of Flour

2 sticks of Butter

2 Cups of Sugar

5 TBL of Cocoa Powder

1 Cup of Water

2 Eggs

1/2 Cup of Buttermilk

1 tsp baking soda

1 tsp vanilla

Preheat oven to 350.  Grease 9 x 13 pan well. Combine flour and sugar in a large bowl.  In a medium saucepan, melt butter, water, and cocoa over medium heat until it boils.  Pour mixture over flour and sugar and add eggs, buttermilk, baking soda, and vanilla.  Pour into pan and bake for 30 minutes at 350.

Cake Icing

1 Stick of Butter

4 TBL Milk

4 TBL Cocoa Powder

2 Cups of Powdered (Confectioner) Sugar

1 tsp Vanilla

In medium saucepan combine milk, butter and cocoa and bring to a boil over medium heat.  Remove from heat and add powdered sugar and vanilla until all the sugar is melted and the sauce is lump free. Pour chocolate sauce over hot cake.  *Great with vanilla ice cream and/or whipped cream too.
