1 pound of chicken
2 packages (8 oz each) of softened cream cheese
1 Bag of Monterey Jack Shredded Cheese (or cheddar)
1 Bag of Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
1/2 cup of Blue Cheese Dressing
3/4 cup of Red Hot Sauce
Cook 1 lb of Chicken and cut into small chunks, softened cream cheese and add to chicken. Add all other ingredients and spoon into 2 round pie plates. Bake until bubbly at 350 for about 30-35 minutes. Serve with celery and corn chips.
