Ingredients:

Cake:

4 TBL butter, softened

3/4 cup sugar

1 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract

2tsp Baking Powder

1 large egg

2 cups flour

1/2 cup milk

1/2 tsp. salt

2 cups fresh blueberries

Crumb:

4 TBL butter, softened

1/2 tsp. cinnamon

1/3 cup flour

1/2 cup packed brown sugar

Directions:

Grease and flour a 9×9 inch baking pan. Pre-heat oven to 375 degrees.

Cream 4 TBL of butter with 3/4 cup of granulated sugar. Add vanilla and egg and beat until smooth. Add baking powder, flour, and salt in a small bowl. Add dry mixture to the butter mixture, alternating with 1/2 cup milk and stirring until smooth. Gently stir in fresh blueberries.

Spread the batter in the prepared baking pan.

For the topping, combine the ingredients and blend well to form crumbs. Sprinkle the crumbs over batter and bake the cake for 35 minutes. Enjoy!
