1 Cup all-purpose flour
1 Cup packed brown sugar
1/4 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp baking powder
1/2 cup butter, melted
10 Cups apples (I used Gala), peeled, cored and sliced thinly
1 Cup sugar
1 TBL all-purpose flour
1 tsp cinnamon
1 Cup quick-cooking oats
DIRECTIONS
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- Put sliced apples in a 9×13 inch pan. Mix the sugar, 1 TBL of flour and ground cinnamon together, and sprinkle over apples.
- Combine oats, 1 cup flour, brown sugar, baking powder, baking soda and melted butter together. Spread crumble topping evenly over the apple mixture.
- Bake at 350 for 45 minutes.
