ABOUT THE MUSEUM
Located in Windsor Locks, CT, the Museum is the largest aviation museum in New England. With 90,000 sq. ft. the museum offers plenty of room for social distancing. This educational organization is dedicated to preserving and presenting historically significant aircraft and related artifacts, engaging visitors through high-quality exhibits & knowledgeable docents helping the visitors understand aviation technology and history. We want to inspire young visitors through innovative educational programs through Flight Science Demonstrations, the Investigation Station, and Scavenger Hunts. Enjoy take home versions of our popular Hands-on “Build and Fly Challenges” as well as social distanced games.

Inspiring students through our innovative and hands-on education programs delivered on-site and in schools that allow them to discover and reflect on aviation technology and history and its ties to social studies, science, geography and technical advancements
