Almost 6 years ago while pregnant with my 2nd daughter and 4th child I made a conscious and educated decision to change many aspects of my life and to do things way differently with her, than I had with my 3 other children. I dedicated myself to learning anything and everything there was to learn regarding health and wellness. I promised myself which was easy because I do have a true love of learning, that I would continue to educate myself, my children and others. When she was 1 her father passed away and new promises were made. I promised her as she is the youngest and the only one without a father(her siblings are 25, 23 and 16) that I would give her a life she deserves. Five and half years later I try everyday to keep that promise.
